Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
No-shows or same-day cancellations and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the service and schedule availability.
